Delivery

Is delivery free?

Free shipping is available for orders of CA$120.00 and over (plus tax) in Canada and the United States only.

For orders of CA$119.99 and under (plus tax) in Canada and the United States, a delivery fee of CA$12.00 applies.

For international orders, delivery charges depend on the delivery address and are calculated based on the postal code at the final stage of the order.

Where do you deliver and what are the delivery times?

The delivery times listed at checkout include a production time of 3 to 7 business days + a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days in Canada, 4 to 8 business days in the United States and can reach 32 business days internationally.

Please refer to our Delivery Policy for customs fees and processing times and for all other details regarding delivery and collection.

What are the delivery times for the samples?

In addition to the normal production time of 3 to 7 working days.

Sample delivery times (CAN and USA only) are:

Standard - with tracking number

The delivery time is then 2 to 5 working days .

For a total delivery time of 5 to 12 working days following payment of your order.

How can I track my parcel?

Once printing is complete, your order is packaged and your tracking number is sent to you by email. You can then track your package on the carrier's website.

Where do you deliver?

Décor Imprimé currently delivers to Canada, the United States and France.

For other countries, delivery times and costs may be higher, but delivery is still possible. See our delivery costs and times for more details.

Is it possible to arrange for free pickup?

You can pick up your order for free at the Décor Imprimé offices in Blainville from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Exchange and refund

Are exchanges and returns accepted?

Décor Imprimé accepts returns only in the following two (2) situations:

  • To exchange for another item (only possible for wall stickers and canvas prints), please refer to the Exchange section of the Exchange and Refund Policy .
  • To receive a refund (or replacement) if your item is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please refer to the Refund (or Replacement) section of the Exchange and Refund Policy.

Send us a photo of the defective product to info@decorimprime.com within 7 days of receiving the package. We will contact you to follow up.

Can I return or get a refund for my order if I have already installed the product?

No, it is your responsibility to inspect the quality of the item before use/installation. Damaged items or items with manufacturing defects can easily be detected before installation.

Read the installation instructions, watch the video, and call us if you have any questions, concerns, or doubts before or during installation. After that, it will be too late.

Product information

How many rolls do I need?
You don't need to calculate how many rolls to order. All our wallpapers, murals, backsplashes, and window films are custom printed to your exact dimensions (width in x height in inches). Simply enter your measurements in the appropriate fields on the product page you wish to order.

Facility

Can I install it myself?
Yes, absolutely! You can visit the Instructions tab in the menu to view our installation guides and watch our instructional video. Thanks to our repositionable adhesive vinyl, installing your mural, wallpaper, backsplash, and film will be quick and easy. No water or glue is needed. Simply prepare your surface and read the installation guide included with your order. The rolls are a maximum of 26 inches wide to facilitate installation. However, having a second person help is recommended. The advantage of self-adhesive vinyl is that it's repositionable, meaning you can stick and peel it off during installation without damaging your surface or mural. The vinyl's adhesion activates after a few hours for a long-lasting installation. Do I need glue or water to install my wallpaper?
No. All our wallpapers, murals, backsplashes and wall stickers are printed on peel & stick type self-adhesive vinyl. No glue or water needed.
Do your murals/wallpaper cover imperfections?
Yes and no. The vinyl used is 0.15 mm thick and therefore only covers minor imperfections. Screw holes, paint runs, and sanding marks will not be hidden. The textured finish is slightly thicker than the smooth finish, so it will cover imperfections a bit more.
Can I install a mural/wallpaper on a mirror?
Yes. Our self-adhesive vinyl, regardless of the finish, is easy to install on a mirrored surface. Applying a mural/wallpaper over a mirror will completely cover it. You can also apply a colored or frosted semi-transparent film to your mirror for a less opaque effect.
Can your products be installed in a bathroom?
Yes. Our murals, wallpapers, and stickers are made of moisture-resistant adhesive vinyl. The vinyl won't peel off even if the room is humid.
Can I install your vinyl flooring on ceramic tiles?
We do not recommend installing our vinyl flooring over ceramic tiles, as it will not conceal the grout lines between the tiles. Furthermore, these grout lines could interfere with the vinyl's adhesion.

What are your prices for Custom Creations?
We invite you to consult the Custom Projects tab in the menu for more details. Custom pricing varies depending on the scope of your project. There are no limits for our Graphic Studio, but we need a description of your project before we can share our pricing and provide you with a quote.

Collaboration

I am an interior designer, do you offer an affiliate program?
Yes. You can visit the Designer tab in the menu to learn about all the benefits of our affiliate program for design and architecture professionals. You can also sign up by completing the application. You will receive a designer discount code once your application is complete.
I would like to collaborate with Décor Imprimé, how do I go about it?
We invite you to contact us by email ( info@decorimprime.com ) or phone (877-547-8480 ) to discuss your partnership interests. Several collaboration options are available: Becoming a distributor, enrolling in the Designer Program, becoming a collaborating artist, or becoming an influencer/content creator.
